Our Vision
To help women find and take the next step.

Who are our target market?
  • Women aged 18 years and over qualify to apply for membership of this innovative association.

What do we hope to achieve?

  • The establishment of programs that support women to excel in their chosen professions, be it working in the home, from home, in the marketplace or abroad, through relationship building, access to resources and knowledge
  • The provision of opportunities for women to network and socialise regularly, including helping women to understand the value of relationships and networking, building up their self-esteem and confidence, and teaching them how to "work" their networks
  • The provision of relevant training, motivation and mentoring for women
  • A connection between women across the nations, thereby expanding their world view
  • A level of personalised service that meets the needs of individual members of the association
What are we not?
  • A welfare agency, although we do encourage our members to be actively involved in the community.
  • Pushing a minority group barrow (ie gay rights, militant feminism or any other militant female focused political agenda). We believe that all people, regardless of sex or race are equal and we value diversity and the role of men within the community and actively seek their wisdom to enhance our lives.
  • Interested in creating divas, nor are we concerned with the latest fashion, the perfect body and the fanciest possessions.We embrace all women as being equal, having uniqueness as their hallmark of beauty.
What is our passion?
  • To help women find and take the next step towards experiencing real joy and success in their lives.
  • To better understand the needs of women so that we can help them to KNOW themselves, to GROW as a woman and to GLOW with confidence.

What do we believe?

  • That there is wisdom in being connected and sharing ideas, resources and experiences.
  • That women have the power to make good choices that suit their lifestyle and responsibilities.
  • That women are resourceful, creative and inspirational.
