Scholarship Program

In partnership with the Consilium Institute, we are very pleased to be able to offer a number of training programs as scholarships to the members of the Women Can community.

Currently we have on offer from Consilium Institute:

2 x Cert IV in Small Business Management accredited training
10 x Non-accredited short courses

If you are a member of our community who is interested in applying for a scholarship through the Consilium Institute based in Perth, Western Australia, please use our Contact Us form to express your interest. Please include in the message an idea of what type of training you are interested in participating in and when you were wanting to get started. A member of our team will respond to your email as soon as possible.

A nominal fee to cover the administration costs will be required as a contribution to the training, however the bulk of the training will be covered by the scholarship.

The rules for application are:

1. Must be a current member of the Association.
2. Must be able to demonstrate a link between the training and future aspirations or current involvements (ie Small Business Certificate – a valid business concept or current business operation).
3. Must be able to commence and complete the training in 2010.
4. Must be willing to be featured on our site, the Consilium Institute site and to attend an awards ceremony at the completion of the training.

All applications will be reviewed by the Women Can International Inc management committee at our monthly committee meetings. The decision of the committee will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The successful applicant(s) will be notified in due course via email or phone.
