Jo McNeilly is an executive coach and facilitator with over 20 years experience.
Coaching Approach Jo aims to create a space of unconditional deep acceptance wherein a client can just be authentic. Jo brings her natural warmth and passion to the coaching experience where she is able to tap into the uniqueness of each client. She takes a solution-focussed approach which meets the client where they are at. Jo is enthusiastic, spontaneous, intuitive, curious and believes in people and their capacity. Her core values of making a difference, continuous learning and development and compassion underpin her work. Experience and Qualifications Jo has a B.A., Graduate Diploma of Education, and Post Graduate Diploma of Business (HRM/HRD) from Curtin University. Jo has received training in the Ontological Approach to Coaching and has also completed ‘Coach School’s Certificate of Coaching program’. She is licensed to facilitates Coach U’s Coaching Clinic program for leaders and managers. Jo is also a certified NLP practitioner. Jo has completed over 500 hours of coaching. Jo’s coaching experience extends over the past 8 years and includes career, personal and leadership coaching in government and non government organisations and with private clients. Her specialties have included the areas of personal development, career development, coaching and mentoring, team building, leadership and management development, facilitation, and change management. Jo has extensive experience working with both individuals and groups and has a passion for women’s development. She is a licensed trainer for the springboard’s Women’s Personal and Career Development Program. Jo also brings the Navigator men’s development program to Perth on a regular basis. Jo is a founding member of the International Coaches Federation Australasia (WA Chapter) where she was active as the Professional Development Director in 2007 and in 2 previous years. She is a professional member of the Australian Association of Career Counsellors. |
