Community Fun Photo Competition

We are inviting women from all over the world to enter our community fun photo competition and be in the running for a great prize from our sponsor, Adventure Remote!  You could be holidaying anywhere in the world, without even having to leave the comfort of your home. More on the prize soon.

All you have to do is:

1.  Dress up in our theme – Petticoats, Pearls & Princesses.  You can wear a string of pearls, a petticoat, a tiara or go the whole way and wear a combination of all three.  This is an opportunity for you to enjoy the fun of frollicking in feminine attire.

2. Take a picture or short video.  You can upload pictures on our site using the email form below or send us a URL of your picture.  For videos, we recommend emailing your video to Hayley Solich or contact us and we’ll provide you with a link to our dropbox.  All videos will be loaded up on our YouTube.com/WomenCan channel, then posted on our site.

3.  Make sure you tell us who you are, where in the world you live and a short blurb about yourself. Please include this in the message part of the email form.

Upon receipt of your entry we will acknowledge your entry via email and it will be uploaded as soon as possible to the site.  We will be numbering the photos so people can help us decide which one they think is the most creative and in keeping with our theme.

Judging will happen on 31 March 2010 at 9:30am and winners will be announced on that day. There will be two winners selected:  Most Creative and the People’s Choice.  Winners will be posted on the site, contacted by email and a notice put up on Twitter and our Facebook group page.  Feel free to join our Facebook Group and to subscribe to our newsletter to keep you informed of upcoming events.

The purpose of this competition is to connect women from around the globe in a fun, community building project in support of International Women’s Day and we hope everyone will be as delighted in participating as we are to have you!
