Are you interested in becoming a member of Women Can International Inc?

All women interested in the Association are encouraged to apply for membership for 2010 now!

Step 1:  Simply click here to download your copy of our expression of interest form.

Step 2: Please complete the form (a word doc) and save your document.

Step 3: Return to the site and click on our membership tab (at the top of the page).

Step 4: Scroll down to the email form at the bottom of the page.

Step 5: Complete the email form and attach the expression of interest form, a digital photo (if you have one) and a brief CV or bio to introduce yourself to us.

Please note:  All information provided will be only be used for the requested purpose, as we value your privacy.  We will not disclose this information to anyone other than the committee of the Association without your express permission.

We ask for a photo and CV/Bio so that we can easily recognise you at our events and better understand how we can connect you to beneficial opportunities.  Please indicate in your application if you are happy for us to add your photo and a brief bio to our website so that other members can also get to know you.

Once we receive your form and other attachments, we will contact you either by phone or email (please let us know which you prefer) ASAP.

The next intake of women into the club will be on 6 February 2010, as our committee will be meeting before the Girlfriend Club meeting at the Boatshed.

An important announcement

We also invite you to subscribe to this site so you can be kept informed of announcements.  We will be ceasing our monthly newsletter at the end of February, so we need all women who want to be kept informed to subscribe to this site.  We will be adding all the email addresses currently registered through our Aweber account, to this site.  Please click on the confirmation link that will be forwarded to confirm your continued desire to receive news from us.

If you are already a member of Facebook, please search the groups for Women Can International.  Then add yourself to the group.

If you are not a member of Facebook, I would encourage you to consider becoming a member as it is a fantastic site for maintaining contact with your family and friends.  I have reconnected with a lot of family members and even my best friends from school through Facebook, so I highly value and recommend this site as one of the best Social Networking sites online.  Simply go to Facebook.com to register.  If you have any problems with registering on the Facebook site, please contact Hayley Solich as she has volunteered to assist.

A lot of information about events will be posted on the Facebook group page as well, with event invitations sent to all members of that group.  It is also a great place for you to advertise your own events.

In anticipation, we welcome all the new and renewing members to Women Can International Inc and look forward to a VERY positive 2010, a year of ‘building bridges’ in our communities.
